7.0 Billing

We accept Visa, Master Card, MTN and VODAFONE MOBILE MONEY American Express, and Discover Card (PayPal). For Webhosting plans, we will set up your account after the invoice is paid. Clients are encouraged to pay by Card as it is the easiest way to handle payment at this time. There are no contract periods but for each successive period, your contract is automatically renewed unless we are notified otherwise.

8.0 Late Payment and Sanctions

Pending invoices must be paid within seven (7) days of the invoice due date. Any invoice that is outstanding for more than seven (7) days may result in the suspension or termination of Services. Access to the account will not be restored until payment has been received. If you fail to pay the fees as specified, Hostsake may suspend or terminate your account and pursue the collection costs incurred by Hostsake, including without limitation, any arbitration and legal fees, and reasonable attorneys’ fees. Hostsake will not activate new orders or activate new packages for customers who have an outstanding balance on their account. Late payment of invoices will attract a fee of 25%

9.0 Pay in advanced

We give you the ability to deposit funds in your accounts with a minimum of ($5) and a maximum of ($500) It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date and that all invoices are paid on time. You agree to pay for the Services in advance of the period during which such Services are provided. Subject to applicable laws, rules, and regulations, payments received will be first applied to the oldest outstanding invoice in your billing account

10.0 Refund Policy

Products and services eligible for a refund, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of purchase (“Refund Period”). In the event you purchase a product that includes a free domain name, if you cancel the product, the list price for the domain name will be deducted from the refund amount. The list price is the price of the domain name listed on our website and is not subject to any promotion, discount, or other reduction in price. In no event will you be eligible for more than one refund of the same product?

10.1 Non-refundable Products and Services.

We don’t offer a refund for the following services;
1. Domain Names (Registration or Transfers)
2. Our Domain add-ons (ID Protection, Email Forwarding and DNS management)
3. Hosting add-ons

11.0 GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT

1. Your use of this Site and the Services, including any content you submit, will comply with this Agreement and all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations.

Hosting your site and buying a Domain Name from Hostsake. You acknowledge and agree that:
1. You accept our terms of service
2. Your account information is correct
3. You have no “evil” intentions
4. Your User Submissions are entirely voluntary

13.0 DISCLAIMER

Hostsake cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by Hostsake are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software, and programming used by Hostsake are not directly owned or written by Hostsake. Moreover, Hostsake holds no responsibility for the use of our client’s accounts. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be automatically deactivated. We reserve the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any reason without restitution as Hostsake sees fit. FURTHERMORE, Hostsake retains the right to change any or all of the above Policies, Guidelines, and Disclaimer without notification.
